     THOUGHT FOR THE WEEK

God’s love can be experienced even in suffering and God’s presence does not necessarily take away our suffering, but gives us the power to transform it. As Church we understand that Healing is always spiritual, because whether it is physical, emotional, or healing of relationships, healing begins to restore our relationship with God. The outward healing brings about an inner grace of spiritual healing and awareness. And all of us can be healers. Our lives are continually touching those of other people and if we can create communities where people work together and support each other, then healing becomes a part of everyday life.
